Botanical Gardens Learning Journey

Dear Parents and Kids,

Some things to note before the learning journey:

1. Have a heavy breakfast as there will be no meal break during the 2 hour walk. The break will only commence after the guided walk.
2. Students are required to wear their long pants. They can bring their PE shorts if required as there will still be MCCA tomorrow.
3. Students do not need to bring their full school bag. THey need to however bring along a PEN, PENCIL and a clip board (if possible) to help facilitate writing.
4. Students to bring light snacks for the break after the guided tour.
5. Students are not allowed to bring their cameras or use the camera function in their handphone.
6. Bring along a raincoat or poncho

Notification Day

Dear all

A letter for the Olympiad training has been given out to the class. Kindly return the forms by Friday for collation. Please also note that, the class will be visiting the Jamiyah home on the 08/03/2011 which is also the day of the training. Therefore, the training for 08/03/2011 will be cancelled and postphoned to a later date.

Letter for a visit to the Jamiyah home has also been given out. This trip is to increase the students' awareness of folks around them and hopefully, inculcate the value of empathy.

Dismissal area for Rainy Days

Hi Parents and kids,

I am sorry and I apologise for the confusion over the pick up area on rainy days for the past week.
The school had just briefed the pupils again this morning and it has been arranged for parents to pick their children from the parents' corner on rainy days.
On normal days, parents can pick their kids as they exit from the staircase near the bicycle stands.
I hope this would clear up any confusion and I sincerely apologise for the confusion last week.
